Highlights from the 2023 Australasian Workforce Management Awards

The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMi) held its annual Australasian Workforce Management Awards Ceremony Gala last night, honouring industry leaders for their innovative programs and exemplary work over the past twelve months.

HR, Talent Mobility and International Recruitment professionals from multinational organisations around the world gathered at Melbourne’s iconic Arts Centre spire for the event, which was presented in partnership with Quest Apartment Hotels, a member of The Ascott Limited, and supported by Cigna Healthcare, Convido Corporate Housing and Grace Corporate Services.

The awards program is uniquely dedicated to the niche talent mobility and international recruitment functions within the HR and Talent Acquisition sectors and showcases ground-breaking employee engagement programs, talent mobility policies and collaborative partnerships that are advancing the industry across APAC and setting new standards for best practice in the region.

TEMi Founder Deborah de Cerff said the event was an inspiring display of dedication to great work and continuous improvement, particularly given the industry had undergone such drastic and rapid change in recent years.

“The incredible organisational change we have all witnessed in recent years could have been cause for a plateau in business transformation this year – but these award winners have demonstrated that’s clearly not the case,” Ms de Cerff said.

“With talent mobility and international recruitment now widely recognised as crucial to organisational success, practitioners are being offered more flexibility to lead – and in this new climate, conducive to innovation and growth, we’ve seen brilliant practitioners truly shine. The winners of the Australasian Workforce Management Awards have set the benchmark high once again and we congratulate them all on their remarkable work.”
