This award recognises a person with tenure as a global mobility professional who is deeply committed to making a difference—whether that’s through their impact on the organisation they work for, among their peers and colleagues, or within their professional community. To be crowned a champion, nominees should have a strong record of working collaboratively with others, subject matter expertise, leadership qualities, and a passion for putting people at the centre of the talent mobility agenda. The individual being nominated must meet the following criteria:
- Be responsible for employee mobility policy and processes
- Have overarching responsibility for the mobile workforce experience within their organisation
- Approximately ten or more years of experience in the talent mobility field
