Note: For example, this may include initiatives that have focused on workcations, remote work, extended business travel, virtual assignments, domestic remote work, work from anywhere solutions.

Eligibility Requirements:

– HR, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, or International Hiring departments within organisations that have, over the past 2 years, implemented initiatives to integrate flexibility and adaptability into their policies and practices for managing geographically dispersed workforces.

Selection Criteria:

How effectively have HR, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, or International Hiring initiatives integrated flexibility and adaptability into policies and practices to accommodate changing workforce dynamics and manage geographically dispersed workforces?

What measurable impact have these initiatives had on enhancing workforce dynamics, including productivity, collaboration, employee satisfaction, and retention rates, within the organisation’s flexible work environment?

  1. Effective Management of Geographically Dispersed Workforces:

How well have the initiatives enabled effective management of geographically dispersed workforces, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and alignment of goals and objectives across geographically dispersed teams?

  1. Talent Mobility Integration and Development

How do these initiatives integrate talent mobility strategies to ensure talent development, retention, and equitable opportunities for career advancement across geographically dispersed teams?
