Individual Award:
The Emerging Talent in Mobility Excellence Award recognises individuals who are early in their careers but have already demonstrated exceptional promise, dedication, and contributions to the talent mobility industry, including associated industry sectors. This award celebrates rising stars who show potential to become future leaders in talent acquisition, talent mobility, and related fields.
Eligibility Requirements:
– Professionals based in the Australasia Region and who have demonstrated exceptional promise, dedication, and impact in their early career stages (up to 2 years), showing potential to become future leaders in the mobility industry and/or related fields.
Selection Criteria:
- Exceptional Early Career Contributions: Demonstrating outstanding performance and achievements in their role within the mobility industry, despite being in the early stages of their careers.
- Innovative Thinking and Creativity: Exhibiting innovative thinking, creative problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to challenge conventional practices to drive positive change and improvement.
- Impactful Collaboration and Teamwork: Demonstrating strong collaboration skills, actively engaging with colleagues and stakeholders, and contributing positively to team efforts and projects.
- Continuous Learning and Growth: Showing a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and self-improvement, and actively seeking opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills in the mobility field.
