Individual Award:

The Customer Service Hero Award honours an individual who works for an organisation that provides business solutions designed to support corporations or government entities implement their talent mobility strategy (ie: Service Provider).

This individual will have excelled in delivering impactful outsourced solutions to their customer/client. They will have gone above and beyond their job role, blending expertise in their area of speciality with exceptional customer service, driving excellence, enhancing experiences, and fostering collaboration within the past 2 years.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Works in an organisation that provides services or business solutions to entities with a mobile workforce.
  • Is responsible for delivering the outsourced services to the client entity.
  • Nominations should be submitted by the customer / client of the person being nominated.

Selection Criteria:

Applicants should address the following:

  1. Customer-Centric Strategies: Demonstrates instances where the individual has consistently exceeded contractual obligations, showcasing dedication and proactivity in delivering exceptional service beyond expectations and puts the client experience as the focus.
  1. Excellence in Customer Collaboration: Demonstrates superior collaboration skills with customers to co-create solutions that meet their talent mobility needs.
  2. Positive Impact on Customers’ Employee Experience: Makes a significant, positive impact on the talent mobility experience for their customers’ employees, leading to higher satisfaction and engagement.
  3. Leadership in Customer-Focused Talent Mobility Strategy: Exhibits outstanding leadership in the development and execution of talent mobility strategies that are aligned with their customers’ organisational objectives.
