NOMINATIONS OPEN FOR THE 2021 TEMI AUSTRALASIAN WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT AWARDS

The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMI) is calling on workforce management professionals to share their achievements and be recognised for excellence in their field through the Australasian Workforce Management Awards program.

Applications are now open and will close at 5pm Tuesday 31 August.

The program is presented by Quest Apartment Hotels and supported by Toll Group and Cigna, and is open to a wide range of disciplines relating to talent mobility, including HR, remuneration, talent management, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, relocation, taxation, immigration and corporate travel or housing.

It is the only awards program for workforce management professionals founded in the region, for the region, and features widespread industry participation each year.

TEMI Founder Deborah de Cerff says it is for this reason that competition is fierce, with involvement from local small businesses through to multinational brands, however the wide range of award categories offers practitioners unique opportunities to differentiate themselves for success.

“It has been a challenging year for workforce management professionals, but they have risen to the challenge and in many cases delivered some of their best work. We want to see this showcased, recognised and upheld, and encourage readers to review our simple application process,” Ms de Cerff said.

“The TEMI awards program and inspiring awards celebration, the TEMI Gala, provides a platform to recognise employees doing extraordinary things, and celebrate as a community amongst the industry’s finest.”

Anthea Dimitrakopoulos, General Manager of Sales of Presenting Partner, Quest Apartment Hotels, said Quest was proud to be presenting TEMI’s 2021 awards program and supporting those committed to achieving excellence in workforce management acknowledged for their achievements.

“Quest is pleased to partner with TEMI in support of an industry we are proud to serve,” Ms Dimitrakopoulos said.

The awards ceremony will be held at the Melbourne Arts Centre on Friday 12 November.
