Best Talent Mobility ESG Contribution Award

Organisation Award:

The Best Talent Mobility Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) contribution Award recognises organisations embarking on a journey to create a positive impact through mobility or who are integrating with and enabling their organisations broader sustainability strategy. This award celebrates organisations’ efforts to create a positive impact through the mobility program and/or and contribute to broader organisation objectives through all areas of ESG, including but not limited to environmentally focused initiatives, social initiatives (including advancing diversity, equity and inclusion) and broader process and governance structures across the program.

Eligibility Requirements:

– Organisations or Businesses that have implemented over the past 2 years talent mobility programs aimed at creating a positive impact on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors, such as environmentally focused initiatives, social initiatives (including diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts), and governance structures aligned with broader organizational sustainability strategies.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Efforts to Enhance Equitable Access and Impact on DE&I:

Demonstrate the organisation’s commitment to ensuring equitable access to mobility opportunities for a diverse workforce both domestically and internationally. Showcase initial steps taken towards measurable improvements in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) outcomes resulting from mobility initiatives.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Highlighting effective collaboration between talent mobility teams and other departments within the organisation, such as HR, tax, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and corporate governance. Nominees should provide evidence of how they have successfully collaborated across departments to understand broader sustainability strategies and start to integrate the talent mobility program with DE&I initiatives, sustainability practices, and ESG considerations.

  1. Measurable Impact and Outcome:

Presenting measurable outcomes and tangible impact resulting from talent mobility initiatives aligned with sustainability. Nominees should provide clear metrics and evidence of how their efforts have positively affected employee experiences, organisational culture, environmental sustainability, and corporate governance practices.

  1. Continuous Improvement and Future Focus:

Demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and future-focused strategies in talent mobility ESG initiatives. Nominees should showcase their ability to adapt to evolving trends, challenges, and opportunities in the talent mobility landscape while continuously enhancing their efforts to integrate DE&I initiatives, sustainability practices, and ESG considerations.
